Soft, cheesy egg bites made easily in any egg cooker. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack with simple ingredients and rich flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Lightly coat the egg cooker’s egg bite molds or small cups with a little oil or cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk until smooth.
  • Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, green onions, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the molds, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  • Add the recommended amount of water to the egg cooker base (usually the same amount as for medium or hard-boiled eggs, depending on your cooker).
  • Place the molds inside, close the lid, and turn on the cooker.
  • Cook until the machine shuts off. Most egg cookers take about 8–12 minutes for egg bites.
  • Let them sit for one minute, then remove the bites carefully.

Tips

  • Add cooked veggies, small chicken pieces, or spices for extra flavor.
  • If you want softer bites, add a little more milk.
  • For firmer bites, reduce the milk slightly.
