Deviled Eggs are a classic appetizer made with creamy, tangy yolk filling a touch of paprika on top. Perfect for parties, picnics, or holiday gatherings, these bite-sized eggs are easy to prepare and always a crowd favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Large eggs
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp White vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place eggs in the egg cooker tray. Add water according to your cooker's instructions for hard-boiled eggs (Usually measured with the included cup).
  • Close the lid and turn on the cooker. It will automatically shut off or single when the eggs are done.
  • Transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let them cool for at least 5 minutes. Peel carefully.
  • Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  • Mash yolks with a fork until smooth. Stir in 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp vinegar, salt and pepper until creamy.
  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with herbs if desired.
  • Serve chilled.
