Deviled Eggs
Deviled Eggs are a classic appetizer made with creamy, tangy yolk filling a touch of paprika on top. Perfect for parties, picnics, or holiday gatherings, these bite-sized eggs are easy to prepare and always a crowd favorite.
Ingredients
- 6 Large eggs
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Yellow mustard
- 1 tsp White vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in the egg cooker tray. Add water according to your cooker's instructions for hard-boiled eggs (Usually measured with the included cup).
- Close the lid and turn on the cooker. It will automatically shut off or single when the eggs are done.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let them cool for at least 5 minutes. Peel carefully.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mash yolks with a fork until smooth. Stir in 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp vinegar, salt and pepper until creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with herbs if desired.
- Serve chilled.
