Easy Spaghetti & Meatballs

Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce and pasta:
- 1 jar (24oz) marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 ounced spaghetti
Instructions
- Boil the spaghetti according to the package, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Shape into small meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Sear the meatballs for a few minutes until browned on all sides.
- Add the marinara sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Toss the spaghetti with the sauce or serve the meatballs and sauce on top.
