Ingredients
  

For the Waffles:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Peanut Buttercream

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk ( as needed for consistency)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Make the Waffles

  • Preheat your mini waffle maker.
  • In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix egg, milk , melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  • Cook small waffles in the mini waffle maker until golden. Let them cool completely before frosting.

Make the Peanut Buttercream

  • Beat butter and peanut butter together until creamy.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar.
  • Mix in vanilla and a little milk until light and fluffy.

Assemble the Cake

  • Place one waffle on a plate, spread a layer of peanut buttercream, and top with another waffle.
  • Keep stacking until you get a small cake.
  • Spread extra frosting on top and decorate with crushed peanuts or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
